What is pre-qualification?

Pre-qualification is a report given to you saying which banks will give you a bond and the amount you qualify for.

What does a pre-qualification do for me?

A pre-qualification allows you to understand your credit score and make an offer on a property before getting a bond.

What do I need to pre-qualify?

  • 6 months bank statements
  • 3 months latest payslips (12 weekly wage slips)
  • Copy of valid South African ID or a passport
  • Latest lease agreement of any rental income
  • Completed application form
